General terms and conditions

By participating in the reward program you indicate that you agree with the general terms and conditions of the Arvas rewards program.

You may not derive any rights from the gifts offered on this site.

Possible changes in conditions, images or descriptions are reserved.

The loyalty points are only valid if the points are handed in by buyers of the products concerned.

Orders with loyalty points will be carried out after verification. Arvas has the right to cancel the provided points if there are good reasons to do so.

Arvas or its suppliers cannot be held liable for damage, incurred in any way, by or during use of the savings items.

Saving points are not exchangeable for money.

Arvas is not liable for any fiscal consequences as a result of this rewards program.

Any termination of the saving action will be communicated in time.

Gifts can only be ordered through the saving shop (website): www.deltec.actiesite.com. If you log in on the site of the rewards program you will see your point balance. This is the only valid balance.

Points remain valid for ten years. Points older than ten years expire on January 1 of each year.

Delivery of gifts
The ordered gift will be sent within 14 days to the address provided. And are delivered Monday through Friday during office hours. If you are not present, a message will be left. If you order several items at once, there is a possibility that they will be delivered separately. Sending gifts to a PO Box is not possible.

If the gift cannot be delivered within the specified delivery time, the buyer will be notified.

If a gift is no longer available, an equivalent alternative will be offered. If a gift is no longer available in any way, the order will be cancelled. The customer service of the Arvas rewards program will contact the buyer and the Deltec points deposited by the buyer will be returned.

Upon delivery of the order, the buyer is obliged to check whether the gifts have been received in good condition. Any defects should be as soon as possible, but no later than 5 working days to the customer service of the program to be made known. If there is a valid reason for the defect, the customer service will ensure replacement of the gift.

When the saver has not complained within the prescribed period, the saver is deemed to have accepted the gift.

Shipping abroad
When delivering items to an address outside the Netherlands, additional shipping costs, in the form of points, will be deducted from the point balance.
Shipping costs are based on weight and delivery country. This is mutually agreed upon.

Warranty’s
Warranty certificates are enclosed if applicable or are part of the package.
The shipping date of the gift from the savings program is the effective date of the warranty period, if applicable. For a warranty claim, please contact the manufacturer as listed on the warranty certificate. To use the service and warranty, you must always have the original delivery receipt included with the order. For the gifts shown, the usual warranty terms of the supplier apply. In some cases you will need to send (part of) the proof of warranty to the manufacturer to claim any warranty.
